What We Do
What we do is provide high quality, good-valued service to the automotive manufacturers and Class I railroads.
New Model Logistics provides a wide array of services, from loading and unloading vehicles on multi-level railcars to ensuring automotive plants are stocked with parts. The services we provide are driven by a team of experts that deliver a quality service for a great value.
Incident reporting is standardized and communicated to all associates. All team members receive written instructions and/or visuals regarding incident handling and reporting.
We schedule AAR Training for our managers.
We take our customers' needs seriously and treat our associates like family.
We are "GREEN" and committed to being environmentally friendly.

Our managers receive professional / specialized training in industry standards and company standards.
Our facility managers are issued mobile devices to ensure real-time receipt of and response to customer emails and communications.

New Model Logistics
Training:
AAR / Third party professional training for Employees and Staff will be conducted within 90 days of facility start-up.
Accountability:
Our procedures and documentation ensure traceability and accountability.
We have developed a vast array of documentation and reporting that can be adapted for multiple applications and uses.
We can also provide our customers with customized documentation for accountability and traceability as requested.
Daily reports are completed prior to start of shift and end of shift. Reports include detailed information about current day activities and updated information from previous day and are sent to all Company Officers via email from website. Database is kept on secure website and ensures fast, accurate information flow from Terminals to Corporate.
